We offer salmon trout (rainbow trout) sourced from reputable Scandinavian fish farms with many years of experience in aquaculture. These fish are raised in controlled environments that provide optimal growth conditions and are later transferred to sea farms, where they spend an additional 7–8 months in the clean coastal waters of Scandinavia. This results in fish with exceptional meat quality and taste.
